Sean Worsey is a trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience fighting for the rights of injured people. Growing up the son of a pipe-fitter Sean saw first-hand the devastating effects that asbestos and other toxins were having on workers and their families and decided to do something about it. After finishing law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law, Sean fought for workers and consumers suffering from mesothelioma, a deadly form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Sean recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.
Over the years the scope of Sean’s practice expanded to representation of individuals who were injured by defective drugs, medical devices and consumer products. After spending nearly 16 years at a successful product liability law firm, first as an associate and later as a partner, Sean decided to form WORSEY LAW FIRM whose mission is to provide compassionate and aggressive representation to those seriously injured or sickened by the negligence or defective products of others, and to obtain just compensation for all of its clients.
